History

ESP Salon Sales was founded in October 1990, by Gerry Titus and Sharon Sharpe-Titus. With a combined experience in the industry of over 50 years the couple has demonstrated that dynamic work ethics, solid morals and great service can grow a dream to a reality.

ESP Salon Sales has grown from one location, a small warehouse and staff of four; to seven locations, across five provinces and an outstanding staff of over 80. With a warehouse of 20,000 square feet to house our 35+ product lines that we offer to our customers.

Education - The “E” stands for education. Our dynamic industry is continually evolving and successful salons need to keep informed about changing trends, products and techniques. We offer seminars at all of our locations. and some of our seminars are even offered in your own salon.

Service - The “S” stands for service. We operate in a highly competitive industry and understand that our excellent customer service separates us from our competition and builds our loyal customer following. Your orders are carefully compiled and customers in most major centers receive next day delivery with all other centers receiving two-day delivery.

Product - The “P” stands for product. Clients and stylists alike rely on professional styling products and tools for professional results. ESP Salon Sales carries the finest lines for stylists to use in salon and clients to use at home. How you look reflects on how we look, that is why we have chosen the very best available product lines to assist at your talent.

Warehouse

Our warehouse staff prides themselves in efficiency and accuracy. This allows ESP Salon Sales to offer next day delivery to most major centers and 2 day delivery in all other centers.

Accounting Department

Our accounting department staff is skilled and available to answer questions regarding your account or statement.

ESP Salon Sales Consultants

ESP Salon Sales Consultants are dedicated to the growth of your salon and are trained to be a complete support system for the salon owner, stylist and receptionist. Sales Consultants are available to create business building ideas, offer problem solving solutions as well as provide and schedule education. Your consultant can also assist you and your staff with merchandising, retail salon promotions and inventory control. Regular scheduled meetings with your ESP Salon Sales Consultant will provide you with maximum results for future salon growth and benefits.

Education

Our education department offers a wide variety of workshops from current trend releases in make-up, haircutting, nail, hair extensions and coloring techniques. Our education events are held in our classrooms at all of our locations, some classes are offer to salons as ‘in-salon’ training.
